Horizontal carbonizer
Roller type environmental protection carbonizer is also known as horizontal carbonizer, which is a continuous carbonization equipment specially used to produce carbon powder.
The continuous environmental protection carbonizer adopts the dry distillation carbonization mode, making full use of the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen produced in the carbonization process, separating wood tar and lignocellulose through the flue gas purification system to obtain pure combustible gases, and then fully burning through the self-matching air burner to heat the high temperature carbonization pipeline (the temperature is generally controlled at about 600 C). There are four layers of pipes inside the carbonizer from top to bottom. The first and second layers are preheating and drying pipes, the third layer is low temperature carbonization pipes, and the fourth layer is high temperature carbonization pipes. The first and second layers are equipped with independent exhaust pipes to discharge water vapor. The pipes use the waste heat in the furnace to dry the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the exhaust pipes. The third and fourth layers are also equipped with independent flammable gas recovery pipelines, which carbonize materials at high temperature and decompose flammable gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and hydrogen. The pipelines are heated by recycling pipelines, flue gas purification system and burner combustion to achieve the effect of reciprocating cycle heating and carbonization. The primary ignition gas source of carbonization is supplied by biomass gasifier.
Characteristic of environmental protection carbonizer:
1. Continuous energy-saving and environment-friendly carbonizer: used for carbonizing hard biomass particles with diameter less than 15, fruit shells, tobacco stems, coconut shells, palm shell garbage, etc.
2. Energy-saving and environmental protection carbonization machine: used for charring biomass rice husk, sawdust, bamboo chips, sawdust, straw, powder and so on.
3. Carbonizing machine, supporting equipment of carbonizing furnace; gasifier, flue gas purifier, conveyor, various drying equipment, crusher, bar making machine, etc.
The environmental protection drum type carbonizer has obvious advantages: high carbonization rate, strong production capacity, high cost performance and strong practicability. Unlike single-row and double-row carbonizers, the main engine is drum type. Because of the large diameter of the drum part, it is suitable for carbonization of fluffy materials and can produce more than 1 ton of finished carbon per hour to meet the demand of high production.
