Three Phases of Carbon Machine Production Line
1. In the drying temperature stage, the fuel rod is fed into the carbonization furnace. When the temperature of the fuel rod rises to 160 degrees from the beginning of operation, the moisture content in the fuel rod mainly depends on the heat generated by the external heating and combustion itself to evaporate the moisture. This will not change the composition and structure of the fuel rod, nor will it affect the quality of the fuel rod.
2. After drying the fuel rod in the initial stage of carbonization, the subsequent carbonization process is needed. In this process, the fuel rod carbonization mainly relies on its own combustion to generate heat. At the same time, the temperature in the furnace will rise to 160-280 C. Such a high temperature will lead to the decomposition reaction of the material inside the fuel rod, change of the composition and structure, and the charcoal will be initially carbonized.
3. After the initial carbonization of the fuel rod in the full carbonization stage, with the temperature increasing, the material inside the fuel rod will decompose sharply after the temperature upgrading 300-650 C. Under different functions, raw materials such as fuel rod will form dry distillation into carbon, and charcoal will be produced and formed.
The principle of charcoal machine is simple and easy to understand. It is to fill the raw materials containing biomass fibers that can produce charcoal, such as branches, straw, straw, peanut hull, trunk, cotton straw, tea seed hull, fruit hull, weeds, leaves, etc. into powder within 10 mm by crusher, dried by dryer to make the moisture content within 12%, and put into the rod machine at high temperature. It is formed under high pressure (without any additives) and then carbonized in a carbonization furnace, i.e. the finished charcoal. The material powders can also be directly carbonized into carbon powders by continuous carbonization furnace at high temperature.
