Working Principles

 

Paint drum, refrigerator case, washing machine case, TV case, car bumper, color steel tile, bicycle frame, three-wheel bicycle frame, electric frame, mini-van shell, keel, car door, car compartment board, large gasoline barrel, flower box pressing block, aluminum alloy door and window, corner iron scrap, tin and so on. The main power of the equipment is level 4, 132 KW or level 6, 110 KW. The whole production line consists of feeding conveyor, main engine, discharging conveyor, magnetic separation conveyor, separating conveyor, dust removal and operation cabinet. The output per hour is 4000kg-8000kg, and the average power consumption is about 120 kW per hour. (The discharged particles are 30mm-80mm). Note: The machine can be equipped with automatic flattening device, which specializes in handling the work mode of flattening first and then crushing metal materials with large volume thrown lightly. This is a two-in-one flattening crusher. Users can choose according to the broken materials.
