Functional uses

Structural Principle
The roll skin of the ball press is cast with 65 manganese. After special heat treatment, the hardness can reach more than 58 degrees. The roll covers are assembled in combination and can be replaced after wear. The pulverized ore balling machine has a buffer device, which can better protect the equipment from the impact of hard objects. The ball bowl adjustable device is designed to make the two-roll ball bowl always within the adjustable range and never misaligned.
Main motor of ball pressing machine: through V-belt, transmission to reducer: reducer passes through coupling, transmission to main shaft and then a pair of open gears to ensure synchronization of two rollers (equal speed opposite). Passive roll is held by piston of hydraulic cylinder (constant pressure type is held by inclined iron), hydraulic circuit and hydraulic control valve and accumulator ensure system pressure, and material is uniformly transferred from storage bin to quantitative equipment. Into the hopper of the forming machine, through adjusting the gate on the hopper, the material evenly enters into the middle of the roll, and the unit forming pressure of the roll which runs in the opposite direction at the same speed increases from small to large. The forming pressure reaches the maximum at the center line of the roll. After the material passes through the line, the forming pressure rapidly decreases so that the material enters the off-ball state and smoothly drops off the ball.
