Characteristic:
1. Compressed sheet materials are particles with powder content not exceeding 10%.
2. It is not suitable for semi-solid, wet granules, low melting point moisture-absorbent raw materials and non-granular powder tablets.
3. The speed of the turntable, the filling depth of the material and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted when pressing.
4. The mechanical buffer device on the machine and the automatic shutdown of the over-pressure assembly can avoid the damage of the machine parts caused by the overload.
5. A powder suction box is equipped on one side of the body to absorb the dust generated during the operation of the machine through a suction nozzle, so as to avoid sticking and clogging, and recycle raw materials for reuse.
6. The envelope is fully enclosed and the material is stainless steel, which can prevent cross-contamination and conform to GMP standard.
7. Open windows with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of tablets, and can be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain.
Working Principle and Structural Characteristics
1. Local drive: motor (stepless speed regulation by frequency converter) belt wheel drive worm drive spindle drive turntable rotation.
2. The technological process of this machine is feeding, filling, pressing and discharging, which is continuous by four procedures.
3. When working, the turntable drives 17 sets of stamping dies to run clockwise, the upper and lower stamping dies move up and down along the curve track, and the pressure action is completed through the press wheel.
4. Rolling friction is used in the upper and lower pressure wheel device, which is beneficial to reduce working resistance and power loss.
5. The safety unloading device of the pressure wheel is balanced by the spring on the lower pressure wheel axle, and its working pressure is adjusted by the spring sleeve. When overpressure occurs, it will unload automatically, which is conducive to pressure stability, reduce shock and vibration, and protect the punch rod.
6. The adjusting and controlling mechanism of filling, sheet thickness and rotating speed are all centralized and easy to operate.
7. The machine adopts closed oil-immersed lubricated worm and worm wheel drive to reduce power loss and prolong its service life.
8. The peripheral parts of the machine are fully enclosed, and the sealed pressure chamber and driving mechanism are completely separated, which can prevent dust flying and avoid cross-contamination of oil pollution.
9. The machine is equipped with separate and efficient dust-collecting equipment, which has high dust-collecting efficiency and ensures the normal operation of the machine.
