2. The device of electric circuit should pay attention to the voltage. If the user does not propose it, it should be set at 380 volts. When wiring, attention should be paid to the direction of rotation of the motor. It must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the machine. It must not be reversed. Effective wiring must be installed in order to ensure electrical safety.

 

The machine should be installed in a dry and clean room with sufficient light.

1. Design confirmation

 

Pre-confirmation is to verify the technical information provided by the supplier, check and accept the equipment and spare parts, check whether the main performance parameters of the equipment are suitable for production process, maintenance, cleaning and other requirements by referring to the equipment specifications.

 

The main contents of pre-confirmation include: checking seriously whether the equipment packing box conforms to the packing form stipulated by the national standard according to the drawings and standards, whether the marks and contents on the packing box are clear and complete and there is no damage; checking whether the contents of the packing list are complete or not; checking the assembly quality of the whole machine and the appearance of the machine according to the drawings and technical requirements, whether it conforms to the design drawings, technical requirements and so on. Relevant standards, whether there is bruising and other phenomena. And do a good job of pre-confirmation of various inspection records.

 

2. Installation confirmation

 

Installation confirmation determines whether the equipment can operate normally and continuously under the prescribed limits and bearing capacity, and confirms whether it meets GMP, national and enterprise standards.

 

The main contents of installation confirmation of rotary tablet press include:

 

(1) Check the installation of the machine according to the instructions, confirm whether the shock pad is installed in place, whether the machine is calibrated, whether the space around the machine and at high altitude is larger than 2m;

 

(2) Determine whether the ambient temperature and humidity can reach 18-26 C and 45-65% of the relative humidity stipulated by GMP. Determine whether the air cleanliness can reach 300,000 grade by dust detector.

 

(3) Check the matching of auxiliary facilities according to the instructions, such as power supply, powder suction box, screen machine, feeder, etc.

 

(4) Machine debugging, mainly visual material flow control device, pressure control device, filling control device, sheet thickness control device, speed control device, etc. whether the regulation effect is obvious, whether there is failure, out of control phenomenon;

 

_Machine empty running test, empty running for 1 to 2 hours, according to technical indicators and standards to check whether the operation is stable, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the working condition of instruments and meters is reliable.
