Mechanism charcoal machine process

Mechanism charcoal is the use of agricultural and forestry waste, such as: sawdust, shavings, bamboo shavings, bark bark, straw, rice husk and other materials. After crushing - drying - making rods - charring four processes to make charcoal that can be used for barbecue or heating.
 
 The first process: crushing. Raw materials having irregular shapes and sizes were placed in a pulverizer, which was pulverized into wood chips having a uniform fineness of about 3 mm.
 
 The second process: drying. Raw materials with moisture content exceeding the standard or uneven water distribution are dried by a dryer to a moisture content of 6% to 12%.
 
 The third process: making a rod. The raw material after the pulverization and drying is used, and the high-temperature and high-pressure of the rod-making machine is used to produce a strip-shaped semi-finished salary bar which is hollow inside. The salary bar size is 5 cm in diameter and 40-50 cm in length.
 
 The fourth process: carbonization. Put the semi-finished salary bar in the carbonization furnace, seal all the air inlets, ignite them with the igniting furnace, control the oxygen intake during the combustion process, properly add water to extinguish the fire, complete the carbonization process, and carbonize into charcoal. The black smoke generated during the carbonization process is cooled and purified by the condenser, and liquefied into a mixture of wood tar, wood vinegar and water.
